DE C.V.<\/h2>\n<p>At CreativaShift, we strive to ensure that the contracted services meet the quality and satisfaction standards agreed upon with each client.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, our refund policy applies only to professional services; returns of digital products are not included.<\/p>\n<h3><br \/>SCOPE<\/h3>\n<p>This policy applies to all services contracted through creativashift.com, including, but not limited to:<br \/>&#8211; Consulting and organizational transformation services.<br \/>&#8211; Business training and education programs.<br \/>&#8211; Marketing and positioning strategies.<br \/>&#8211; Innovation and business creation projects.<\/p>\n<h3>REFUND CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n<p>The client may request a refund only in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Verifiable non-compliance with the deliverables agreed upon in the contract or service proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Unjustified delays exceeding 30% of the previously agreed schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Serious deficiencies in the provision of the service that make it impossible to enjoy it.<\/li>\n<li>Early cancellation of the service by CreativaShift, before its full execution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>LIMITATIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds do not apply when the service has already been fully provided or when the client has fully used the contracted hours, sessions, or activities.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be given for reasons attributable to the client, such as lack of participation, absence from training, delay in providing necessary information, or requests for changes in scope after the start of the service.<\/li>\n<li>Certificates, accreditations, or credentials issued within training programs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PROCEDURE<\/h3>\n<p>To request a refund, the client must send an email to atencion@creativashift.com, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name or company name of the contracting party.<\/li>\n<li>Billing information and proof of payment.<\/li>\n<li>Contracted service and corresponding dates.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed reason for the request, attaching documentation or evidence that supports the non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Customer Experience department will evaluate the request within 10 to 15 business days and notify the customer of the corresponding resolution.
